Cheap but it shows as the hotel is a little "tired." On the plus side its dog-friendly (a rarity) and the staff were all excellent (which they needed to be as there were one or two issues we encountered - all resolved though). Small but nice spa area was a bonus; restaurant was equally small but staff were especially helpful and knowledgeable with special dietary requirements. I would definitely stay there again

Lovely staff and they were superd with the children. Hotel was lovely and facilities were great. Wondering what it will be like once the renovation is done, its going to be fabulous! Our old grumble was in the bar, the service was a little slow and the bar man seemed to dash off round the back every opportunity he got. But once we finally did get his attention and place our order all was very good.

Typical holiday inn. Bright and cheerful with very helpful staff. Very easy to find -just a few hundred metres from the Channel Tunnel.

Nice hotel, odd smell in the hallways leading to the rooms. However rooms are a good size, clean and well maintained. The food in the restaurant is really nice - highly recommended hotel.

Very friendly informative male receptionist on arrival. Bar/Dining staff friendly & efficient. Hotel clean & good facilities. Wld not recommend the English part of the breakfast. Overall very good stay.

Good hotel set in countryside in Coquelle. Short drive from Cite Europe shopping mall and restaurant. Good pool and gym, comfortable room and bed. Very clean with good service and friendly staff. Plenty choice at breakfast. 7 mins drive from Calais Would return.

If you are travelling between UK and France via Eurotunnel and need an overnight stop, this Holiday Inn is a perfect location just minutes from the tunnel on Calais side. Very comfortable and clean, good value for money and they have a nice bar and rerstaurant.

This place has gone down hill. Restaurant food poor. Beer poor.
Breakfast plentiful but I've had better. The lift has seen better days. And it's very difficult to find someone at reception.
