The location is not that nice - If you’re a woman that is traveling by herself, without any company, be careful and stay safe!

Pretty good Holiday Inn on the edge of Paris, which is outside the Peripherique! Hotel is modern, some of the rooms have very small WC (not for Prop Forwards!) but generally good.

As a hotel it is nothing special, and the neighbourhood it is in is not very interesting. But it is very close to the RER station making it a convenient choice for a cost-effective visit to Paris with a quick commute to the major tourist areas.

Opposite the hotel is the RER which connects with regional, national trains and the Metro. If you don't need the car to get around it can be left in the hotel whilst you make use of this excellent public transport link. It is also not that far from here to Disney Paris

Staff were very friendly, rooms nice and clean, breakfast was ok

Breakfast was not tasty and definitely don’t expect a great variety.

Very close to station. Spacious and nice rooms. Helpful staff. What more do you want in Paris? We didnt use the hotel much but the breakfast spread was good and yes kids eat free.

Positive aspects: Free Wifi and close to Disneyland. Not close enough to the center of Paris, though.

Nice hotel. Across the street from RER train station. Easy access to Paris and Disney park.

The room was not clean at all and I wanted to change it, which worked out, but the window of the second room was defect. I asked them, whether it is possible to open it with a special key or not and they told me that a technician would check it out. However, that never happened. The glasses and the silverware was not that clean, either. In fact, some of them were stained. Hygiene is probably the most important aspect when it comes to a place one stays in, but this place failed to keep everything clean.

Good price. Great service and ammenities. Convenient to Paris Metro and only 25 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe. The neighborhood is a bit below standard. Sorry to say, we did not feel comfortable walking within 2 or 3 blocks after dark.

Unfortunately, I don’t have anything good to say about this place.

I have read many reviews over the months before coming to Holiday Inn. And now after staying here i have to agree with most of the reviewers.
The location was great. Train station very close. Transport east & quick into Paris or Disneyland. The Hotel was very nice. Reception was very friendly and helpful. This w as the GOOD REVIEW

Hotel is very big and nice. Rooms are smaller than expected and most of the waiters/waitresses don’t speak much English which was very hard to order. The food was okay though. Would recommend to eat outside for lunch and dinner.

Now on the POOR REVIEW. The restaurant was serviced by one girl serving at the bar and taking meal orders. The Menu was very limited with only a choice of six meals.written in frence and abreviated english. There were many English people there. But no special effort made to accommodate them.
We ordered breakfast for our room and told it would be 30 min. It took an hour. We didnt mind but the whole english breakfast and continental were cold as though it had been sitting around for 30 min waiting for someone to bring it up to our room. It was brought up by a lady from reception desk.
We wanted fresh milk for our room and was told we would receive a new bottle everyday. When we didnt teceive one. We rang reception and was told we have to go to the restaurant on the 1st floor to get our own replacement milk tea bags sugar etc. But told there this is not so and must talk to reception. 15 min later a man came with a carton of milk. We have have no idea what we are suppose to expect from room sevice. Whhether they restock or not.
My final comment is that the food side of this hotel industry is what lets the side down. And this is what i have been teading for months in reviews.
The person answering the reviews says that many of these past complaints will be improved. There is no sign of this. I think the French don't give a F--k.

All in all, I have to admit that I am not able to understand how that hotel got 4 stars. I traveled to different countries and hotels, so let me just say that the service and hygiene of these places were a 10/10 when compared to the experience I had in Holiday Inn Marne La Vallee.
