Check in was timely and the front desk staff was friendly. Very unsatisfied with the hotel's restaurant; most of the staff spoke very little English. At dinner, my wife and daughter ordered the duck entre and were served Steak Tartar (I don't think duck has grissle). The room was comfortable (no coffee in room); only English speaking channels were BBC International and CNN International. For most of our stay, we had to use the service elevator, because the staff would use the guest elevator during the day. Two self serve coffee machines in the lobby were never turned on.

Very nice hotel! Comfortable beds, large room (we requested two beds) and convenient location. Would recommend

good place to lie down. Stayed at Superier double room and much spacious and has very cozy chair. very neat bathroom and welcome complimentary orange juice and water and chocolate. I will come and stay at this hotel if come again.

Muy buen hotel. Habitaciones silenciosas y muy bien equipadas. Lo malo es que se encuentra lejos de todo y para cenar no hay más opción que el servicio de habitaciones o un Mcdonald's a 5 minutos a pie.

P. d.: A los que nos gusta la cerveza debemos tener prudencia, que ¡cada pinta sale a 9'50 eurazos!
