I had a bike tour with Katia. She was very professional and clued up about the city. She was very accommodating and patient. She gave us loads of advice on where to eat, go for a coffee. Best of all was the ice cream shop she took us to.

Service réparation au top + mon pote a loué un vélo chez eux (pour qu'on puisse faire du vélo ensemble une journée) et la presta était niquel.

They offer guided tours in Nice which we booked. They took our money in advance (credit card) and nobody showed up. 180€ for 5 persons three weeks ago and I am still struggling to get it back from these assh...
Not reachable by phone, only excuses by mail. Will eventually report them to the police.

Ce magasin m'a confié des vélos d'essai de marques différentes pendant plusieurs semaines, avant que je n'achète mon premier vélo chez eux. Que dire, sinon que ce sont de vrais pros du vélo et qui ne se la jouent pas pour autant. Accueil simple, mais grande écoute. Et que du bon matériel. Je recommande sans l'ombre d'une hésitation.

First impression was good...the follow up very bad. It was regrettable that I requested a bike in march 2017 and they told me 2 months delay...After 2 months they told me they are are not really selling bikes (?)
Now I am obliged to handle all the paper work directly with the head office in Paris.

Amazing friendly, helpful staff - even though they were in the process of moving shops they helped out 2 cyclists in Nice, thanks guys!

The service is quick and well done and the prices are fair.
Plus the staff is super friendly and professional.
