The staff are very friendly. The superior room is comfortable with sitting area and desk. Separate shower and toilet closets. The grounds and gardens are lovely.

This hotel and restaurant exceeded my expectations. It was absolutely beautiful. From the views to the overall design of the interiors, it provides a truly authentic Champagne / French countryside experience. The restaurant in the hotel has been awarded a Michelin Star, which it absolutely lived up to. If you are looking for a quiet, scenic getaway from Paris, I highly recommend Hostellerie La Briqueterie in the Champagne region!
