nous venons de passer 3 jours au chalet fleuri et nous sommes tres satisfaits.
la propriété est superbe avec un parc arboré.
la chambre était parfaite.
les propriétaires très charmants et disponibles.
il faut gouter la cuisine de cyrille.
si vous passez par st remy nous vous le recommandons vivement.

This charming, family-owned hotel surrounded by truly lovely gardens, could have provided us with a glorious backdrop to begin our family reunion. Instead, it proved a disappointment. We were meeting our son and grandchildren whom we had not seen for a year. We were arriving from Canada, they drove to Provence from England and were staying at the campsite close by. In fact, the hotel was chosen for its proximity to the campsite. Unfortunately, our hostess at the hotel was less than welcoming to our son and our grandchildren (ages 7 and 6). On one occasion, I asked her for a plate and knife to slice a watermelon for a snack for the children. This was met with a disproportionate amount of resistance. Her rationale? It would deter guests from dining at their restaurant. If Madame had been a little less controlling and a little more open, we would have been happy to dine at the hotel. En famille, of course. I would have awarded the hotel three (3) stars, however, the two (2) star rating comes from the unwelcoming atmosphere as described, combined with pleasant, but basic, rooms and an adequate but overpriced breakfast. I would return to the Chalet Fleuri only if I noted a sign stating, 'Under New Management'.

Personnel très accueillant, ambiance familiale et cadre idyllique. Nous sommes restés une seule nuit dans une chambre confortable mais nous reviendrons cet été pour profiter de la piscine et du restaurant extérieur. A conseiller !

Nettes Hotel zum Wohlfühlen in ruhiger Gartenlage. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Madame spricht deutsch. Leider kein Restaurant, aber im nahegelegenen Zentrum gibt’s genug. Zimmerpreis leider etwas heftig.
