Stayed two nights on business as part of a train and hotel package. I knew from the reviews the hotel wouldn't be great but it really was deplorable and a the worst was the manager's attitude, aside from the smell of cigarettes and urine in the room and bug bites I got from the bed. Itas reasonably clean but run down and very old fashion. My room, 504, smelled like it was left over from the 1980s with old musty cigarette odour permeating the room. Stained headboard. Stained bathroom fixtures. Toilet smelled like urine in spite of me dumping shampoo down it and scrubbing it. Stinky old room.

The Hotel is in a very nice part of Paris. The room was nice and clean. We had breakfast included and it was really good.
There is an underground parking garage (20€ per night) and was a little tight to get in and out of, but we were in a larger car (Volvo V70).
The staff were really nice and helpful.
Would definitely stay there again.



The old manager is very lucky to have excellent staff on the team, one of whom made the kind gesture of apologising for the bedsheets and offering me a complimentary coffee. He was kind, helpful, empathetic and gave great customer service. I have added one star to this rating for the excellence of the service I received from their front desk staff.

Bed linens had someone else's hair between the layers (mine is distinctly long and curly). I woke with bites and red spots and a rash on my legs and feet after the first night, so the second night I slept with socks, leggings and a long sleeve shirt to try and protect myself. Bedbugs? Who knows. However, the front staff and housecleaning staff were polite and helpful so I tried to overlook it all.

Small rooms, old bath, old beds, nice reception, good lokation.

When I checked out, I tried to inform the staff that there may be an issue with their laundry service as I had some skin issues. There was an old manager at the desk as well, he asked me if i had sensitive skin (basically blaming me for what look and feel like insect bites) and stating that in his 25 years he'd never had a complaint. Funny, 3.7* rating on Google means there have been complaints before! I found his defensiveness incredibly rude and poor service.

Was the coolest experience...i have stayed in 3 other hotels in paris...this is my favorite! Location is not in the heart of it all...yet it is 2 to 3 metro train stops from the fun stuff
..this hotel was great in service and accommodation...wish i could have stayed longer...and the price was super affordable...GREAT STAFF...GREAT BREAKFAST...COMFORTABLE ROOM

Very friendly and helpful through the duration of our stay. Clean, quiet rooms. Lovely breakfast. Powerful shower, soaked the whole bathroom!

The only reason to stay in this hotel is the promotional package price and the fact that other hotels in the area are rated even worse.

Rooms are old and beds are not comfortable. I made a reservation via the phone as i didnt have a creditcard and agreed about the price. When i arrived they told me i needed to pay a higher price and breakfast wasnt even included.
Parking is small, if you have a sedan, it will be very difficult to get out of the parking without damaging your car.

Older, just a little bit dirty, the bed is so tiny, like an paper and the parking is sooo steep, my car couldn't up the acclivity

When in Paris, I need a bed and a shower and that is exactly what Abrial has to offer without ripping you off. Clean and simple.
