Nice staff, clean and cosy environment

9月に私の夫と私はこのホテルに滞在した、今回は悪い滞在体験：
1. タオルはありません
2. 小さくてスローなリフト
3. 夜に1人のだけのスタッフ
4. 部屋にはトイレからのにおいがあります
5. ホテルマネージャーは苦情メールに返信しません

Very friendly, accommodating staff. Very informative about surrounding history, culture and travel. Comfortable central hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making out trip so pleasurable.

2. The lift is small and slow - the lift is small which can let only 2 persons to fit in, and the lift is slow too.

The location, and the staff who were there, were good. Real pity about the management.

3. Only one staff at night - only one staff at the reception at night, when we asked for towels for the first night, asked if they can send somebody to send us towel, but he said he can't leave the reception, because only one staff at night.

5. Hotel manager doesn't reply complaint email - we sent email to complain, and the manager doesnt reply after we sent THREE emails!

4. Dank smell in the room - smell comes from the toilet

Clean towels were not dry for 2 days in a row, walls are a bit too thin. Location is very good though

丈夫和我在九月住這酒店兩晚，是一次很差的經驗：
1. 沒有提供毛巾 - 第一晚準備洗澡時發現沒毛巾，我丈夫去接待處問，職員說乾衣機壞了，他很努力找了兩條未乾透的毛巾，丈夫最後沒有拿走，因為根本不會用未乾的毛巾。
2. 十分細又慢的升降機 - 只夠兩個成年人使用
3. 晚上只有一個員工服務 - 第一晚發現沒有毛巾，打電話問是否可以找人送毛巾到房間，接待處職員說他不能離開崗位，因為晚上只有他一人。
4. 房間有來自廁所的臭味
5. 酒店經理沒有回覆投訴電郵 - 發了三個投訴電郵也沒回覆

My husband and I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights, it was a really bad experience:
1. No towel provided - on the first night, when we wanted to take shower, we found there is no towels in the room. My husband went downstairs to ask for towels, the staff said the drying machine is broken, and try his best to help, but he can only find half-dry towel, my husband didnt take it at the end. In the morning on the other day, my husband went to pick up towel again, they can provide only ONE dry towel, and gave us two half dry towel when we asked again.

My parents were staying at the hotel and were treated terrible, bizarre and untrue charges for various services and rude behavior of the staff.
Go look for another hotel!

Great location and very friendly staff. My room was quite small, the double bed basically filled the whole room. Tiny bathroom with even tinier shower. Slow and tiny elevator, definitely wouldn't fit a wheelchair in there. But thanks to the location quite reasonable for the price.

A typical central Paris hotel. Relatively clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Good local. Poky little hallways. Tiny lift and crazy spiral staircase. Reasonable for the price.

Stay here if:
-You don't mind waiting 10 minutes for a lift
-You don't mind damp smells in your room
-You don't mind bringing your own soap & shampoo
-You don't mind having no towels in your room
-You don't mind being offered a damp towel after you've had to go downstairs to collect the towel yourself, because they only have one member of staff, and because they managed not to complete their laundry for the day
-You don't mind having your emails ignored by the hotel manager when you ask for a discount afterwards.

Perfectly located just a few minutes from Grands Boulevards - 20 minutes walk from Sacre Coer or Louvre. Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms - small but clean, plus nice free coffee time with delicious cakes in the lobby and portable WiFi for just 1 Euro per day.

Came at 14:00 and the room still hadn't been cleaned and sorted from the previous occupant. The room was a nice size with lovely windows. Two single beds pushed together was disappointing, could hear a low vibration noise most of the night. Staff were friendly and the happy hour is a nice touch. Main disappointing moment was that the room took ages to get ready.
