Overall a very nice hotel with a great atmosphere, very nice staff and the rooms were small but comfortable and cosy. We got very good service from all staff groups and will definitely consider visiting again.

It was an excellent hotel, great room with a good view. The room was booked for me by SNCF after missing a connection and there were a few things obviously wrong with the room (an occassional buzzing noise from the AC unit, shower problems) that would have irked me had I purchased the room. I would assume that isn't common for most guests and it is still a fantastic hotel and staff.

I stayed with my wife for one night. As we were traveling from Perrache station. We arrived in the evening, Check-in was very fast.
Hotel is very clean, breakfast is very tasty with a great variety, staff is very helpful, the room was very small with no view. The hotel isn't far from the centre of the city, I'd recommend it for 1 or 2 nights stay.

Just 100m away from a Velo'v (public bike rental) station, and 150m from a tram stop, this is a great launchpad for exploring Lyon.

Very nice area of Lyon but this is a cheap smelling, slightly seedy hotel for business travelers. Most staff only do the minimum although one good female receptionist/ manager is excellent. Small things towels, no wastewater basket in main room and, worst for me, no kettle/hot drinks in room. Shall not stay here again.

We wanted to visit the "Fête des lumières" in Lyon and we booked a room too late. Most hotels were full and we found the axotel. It's a few steps far from the subway and train and you have the center of the city near enough (15 minutes walking). In fact the christmas market was really close to the hotel. The breakfast was good but the breakfast room was a little bit small. The room and bathroom were old fashioned. We would've prefered a room a little bit more modern. It is a good hotel if you stay only one or two nights. Next time we may try another one.

Great service, small rooms but at a great price. Super close to the Parreche station for trains, busses and the tram.

The breakfast area was fine and the breakfast okay. The breakfast room was however a little small for the amount of people.
