Super friendly and over accommodating staff, English speaking, very nice rooms (make sure you get a tub), and walking distance from the entire city. The sauna advertised is tiny, so if a couple is in it, you cannot use which was a huge bummer as it was a selling feature for us. Highly recommend this hotel!

Very comfortable, very new, and slightly nouveau riche (it is next to the casino...). The staff is very helpful. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have experienced so far. Located very close to the train stations and a short walk away from Lille's old town.

I've stayed for only one night but the place seems very good. Spacious rooms, attentive staff, good location right the station. The air conditioning was not impressive and if you were staying here on a hotter summer day, you might find it uncomfortable.

My stay didn't involve anything to do with the casino or theatre and neither intruded in anyway on my stay as an old fashioned resident. Really impressive breakfasts.

We had a luxurious room with a kingsize bed, a bath and a large room. Service was great and personal was very friendly

Modern & Comfortable & luxurious. Feels brand new so that has a lot of advantages.
If it was a tad bit more central and had a bathtub in the room it would be perfect.
