Very nice, helpful, staff. I had a small single room with a tiny bathroom. It was a little noisy on the weekend by quiet during the week. Good spot for getting into the new part of Clermont-Ferrand, but not so easy to get to airport or Montferrand. Enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights in Clermont-Ferrand, and a lot of this was due to Hotel Beaulieu - helpful staff, good location, secure parking, nice room where everything worked! Thank you! We hope to come again - for a longer stay.

I was here for a few nights while at Clermont and I really enjoyed my stay. The wifi worked fine which I required professionally, but also to keep in touch with the family. Very pleasant service and friendly. Breakfast was well laid out in a nicely decorated breakfast room. I had a small en-suite room that had a little problem with the shower holder but nothing catastrophic. Clean and tidy. the reversible clim/heater worked well.
The tri-lingual receptionist was very helpful and very tri-lingual. The hotel is in easy reach of the main-line station and the tram service is a good way to get around while you visit without a car.
