A very clean hotel, with comfortable beds. Most of the staff appear motivated, polite and keen to help. So why only 2 stars? On check-in the hotel refused access to my room until I made full payment, even though they had my credit card details 6 months prior to my arrival. I ended up waiting for the local money changer to finish her late lunch and wasted about 40 minutes at check in. When we eventually were given keys to our room, we had to show our selves up to the room. The bathroom and toilet were inconveniently located in different rooms. No complimentary drinking water in the room. The double bed was not a double bed, rather, it was two singles, loosely pushed together and made up separately under the cover. The only English language channel on the hotel TV was News. Look, it is not a bad hotel, it is just a hotel, the location is great and that has been a saving grace in my scoring of this review. If you want to pay for a 4 star/5 star hotel and get an "OK" experience, then this place is OK.

Very fancy. Extremely nice and helpful employees. Wi-Fi is painfully slow when you're trying to get work done.

Very good 4* hotel in the center of Paris. Excellent service. Clean. Good breakfast. Very very reasonable price. Unfortunately the air conditioner in my room was very noisy so I could not keep it on overnight. Overall excellent place

the room was wonderful. the hotel very upscale. flea market on sat. around the corner. save some time do the hop on hop off bus.i would give the hotel 5 stars.mang. front desk wonderful.

The location was great, lack of wifi connection at the my stay, should be around top left corner location looking from the front of the hotel. No kettle/ tea & coffee in the room. Slightly more expensive to my preference.

I loved everything about this hotel. It's very cosy and the whole staff there were extremely helpful and friendly. It's walking distance to excellent restaurants and famous landmarks. Cleanliness was superb and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
