I never go back to Campanile! Thank you for the last 8 years of no service. And I will spread the word for you and gladly tell some of my friends. In total we are good for approximately 1200 beds a year, and I kindly ask my friends to consider IBIS or another hotel instead. I know I will. You are welcome

Located in an ugly strip mall area. Looks worse on outside then it really is. Decent for 50 euro. Free parking, internet works. Somewhat far from historic Colmar for how small colmar is. I would skip colmar alltogether and visit ribeauville or strassbourgh- it's overrated and a tourist trap.

Thank you for being rude, ignoring and most of all a scam! As I booked a room with the note that I would arrive late (and YOU told me it would be fine) you charged my credit card AND I paid for a new room! When I complained at the reception the next day they just told me I did something wrong. I did nothing wrong, I phoned as explained, but the telephone did not respond!
The receptionist told me the director would contact me, but is stead he ignores my e-mails! I DEMAND A REFUND!
