Clean and neat room. Amazing shower. Scary and unstable feeling elevator! Keycards rather flimsy. Overall very good!

If you are staying here for the room is ok but don't go the "restaurant" this place is a HOTEL NOT A RESTAURANT, the quality of the food poorly and over priced, cold and tasteless. Me and my family stayed there for a couple of nights as it is close to Disneyland France, at night we were given the menu with capitals "HOT BUFFET" so we though that sounds good, although the price was a bit off putting as it was €19.99 per person and €6.99 for our 3 year old child and on top of that drinks separately. Anyway we were tired as we were out in Paris all day long and our little 3 year old was extremely tired as well so we decided to go for it as there is nothing near within walking distance, to our disgrace we find out that it was "cold boiled fish", "meatless spicy chicken legs" (they looked more like chick wings to us) and some overcooked tasteless aubergine, that was the "hot buffet" menu, I was looking for rice, pasta or potatoes but to my surprise I had to pay more for that something that wasn't told us to us. After a few bites we find out that it was totally unpalatable and we couldn't eat it so we ask for the manager as we weren't happy with the food. The manager came out to tell us that that's the way the food it is here and we had to pay regardless ghe fact that we literally just try the food. You would expect her to be apologetic but she was in fact quite rude and told us that that's how things are in France, customer service here doesn't exist, I went to Zante, Greece last year and to be honest I thought they were rude and careless but the people in this hotel including the manager take it to the next level. So if you are staying here don't expect to be treated like a customer and my advice is stay away from the restaurant. This place is a hotel not a restaurant with no customer service starting from the moment you check in. I recommend going to MacDonalds instead if you hungry and staying here, is cheaper, the food taste much better and there is a customer service.

Clean rooms, good commodities and a decent breakfast for the room price. A big plus is of course the proximity to the Disneyland park only 15 minutes away.

Pretty great hotel, although I stayed here for an EF Tours trip. Beds were done when I got back after a long day, and breakfast was delicious. Merci !

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Rotten place. I do not recommend at all. Complete lack of service and no regard to treat visiting guests with any respect. Appalling food service DO NOT EAT HERE!! Hot buffet advertised while the food is actually cold. Very basic for €20 per person per plate!! If you complain, you are told this is what you get in France.Awful. Not coming back!
