Beautiful façade, pool and garden. The rooms can be extremely small: We had to ask for an upgrade in order to just be able to fit a crib in without blocking either the door or the way to the bathroom.

The restaurant is extremely expensive.

(1) Room Size - the basic rooms are the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in, with less than 1ft each side of the bed. There is literally no room to get changed, we kept getting in each other way! The (upgraded) 'classic' room is more like a normal hotel room size!

chambre agréable, bonne literie , vaste salle de bain ,
manque 1 grand miroir .... dans la chambre. Personnel agréable .

(2) Room Location - Rooms at the front of the hotel have a limited sea view, however make sure the smoking area / reception is not directly under your room! Otherwise expect smoke in your room and a lot of noise from cars! There is also the music conservatory next door, so expect to hear badly played instruments all day!

Admittedly we did not try any of the other facilities: restaurant (17 Euro pp breakfast is expensive), pool, massage or room service! They were all overpriced compared to the local surroundings!

(3) Air Conditioning - Despite it being mid-May and warm the air conditioning was not switched on. Window had to be open all night = MOSQUITOES!!! We were bitten multiple times each night!

Well, this was a find and we loved our stay here. Half-board for a week, beautiful room and fantastic staff. Fantastic chef, all meals were fantastic. Welcome dogs and our girl was allowed everywhere.

(4) TV - Despite having 60 channels in French, German, Italian and Russian there is not English language stations!

Ps. You need a car as this property is 3 miles outside Cannes and there is nothing around here!

I would never stay here again, and you should look for other options!
