Le personnel est sympa et fait son nécessaire pour satisfaire les clients. L'établissement s'est aligné par téléphone sur les tarifs booking (220€ au lieu de 280€ la chambre double) et nous a même surclassé en chambre supérieure (l'hôtel était loin d'être complet).

Hôtel moderne, de grand standing. Personnel chaleureux et avenant. Cuisine excellente. A quelques pas du centre de Calvi. Une navette gratuite est mise en place par l'hôtel. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Le petit déjeuner buffet aurait mérité des produits plus locaux (fromage corse par exemple) sinon il est plutôt bon et complet. Le service lors du petit déjeuner était plutôt limité (employées peu concernées pour certaines). Le cadre est parfait sur la terrasse.

La piscine est agréable mais n'avait pas été nettoyée le matin.

Hôtel très agréable mais un peu excentré. Heureusement une navette est mise à disposition des clients à horaire fixe reliant port et hôtel en 10m.

I foudn the hotel drastically overpriced for the size and quality of the room and for the service, which was second-rate at best. A leak in the bathroom when we checked in was not repaired. They first send a handyman, who found nothing, then sent a maid to mop it up. Ten minutes later there was a new puddle on the floor. I found a petcock to turn off the water to the bidet and solved the problem. Pool towel charge of 5 Euros was ridiculous, as was 15 for ccontinental breakfast in room. Final insult, they charged for minibar purchases we never made and refused to believe we had not consumed the items charged for. Both the receptionist and bookkeeper adamantly denied the possibility of their being wrong or of the customer being right. Shame on them.

We struck lucky, nobody was there when it was 42C in the shade. They let us use the pool even though we weren't staying.

Les chambres sont agréables: bonne taille, bonne literie, meubles un peu toc, dommage pour un 4*.

This is definitely not a 5 * hotel. Over priced for what and where it is.
Rooms and food were ok, nothing special. We were the only people dining in the restaurant, which lacked atmosphere.
