Great location, good price. Manager yells at staff in front of customers. Seriously! Is obvious there is some dysfunction in the staff, otherwise I'd give 4 stars but the silly manager probably won't affect your stay.

It was confusing to get to because you have to have a code to get on the street where the hotel is. Call ahead for the code. Otherwise, it was a superb little hotel with friendly staff and adequate service.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable, no air conditioning but ok. We were told we had to check in before 9pm but we were not told the hotel restaurant closed at 9:30pm. We went up to our room then went out to look at Mont Saint Michel before the sunset. We went back in to the restaurant only to be told it had just closed. There were other guests in there eating but we were told it was to late. We crossed the street to another restaurant only to find out ALL the restaurants in town had just closed... I only share this story because if you leave town there is a gate code you must pay for to get back in if you go out of town to find food then come back to your hotel. Yep there is a gate to keep you out of town without paying for a new code every time you come back in!

Everything was great (staff, food, room, price and location) but the view and green spaces were awful.
But hey you don't stay in the hotel that much so frankly I am more than happy about my time there.

Hotel in posizione a dir poco ottima!ultimo prima dell inizio della via pedonale che porta al nuovo pontile.dalle camere situate al primo piano con affaccio sulla diga si vede monta san michel.appena rimodernate le camere e la ristrutturazione sta continuando nelle zone cpmuni ma non crea disagi.parcheggio 4€ al giorno,chiamare la struttura preventivamente per farsi dare un codice di accesso.

But no lift to upstairs, need to bring heavy luggages by stairs. Price is bit expensive.

Modern n clean, restaurant staffs are helpful. Convenient locaion. Shower head is held properly, not like other hotels in Europe, need to hold it by yourself.

Location to Mont Saint-Michel is excellent, able to catch the free shuttle to the Monastery from just outside the hotel.
Access to the hotel could be better explained, many people could not get through the gates on first visit.
Plenty to see in the "Village" also and no shortage of places to eat.

This restaurant may be in a good location and very close to Mont Saint-Michel but be careful. We didn't look at the drinks prices before we ordered. A large beer was €10. The visit to this restaurant was made worse by the fact that it took something like 15 minutes to be served with just three drinks! We had said we wanted to have a beer in sight of Mont Saint-Michel and we certainly paid for it! €10 is more or less double what you would normally pay. We had our one beer each and left.
