Listed as a two star and that's accurate. The rooms are very small, do not book for more than two. The bathroom was very small, I'm 5'11 and I barely fit on the toilet. One of the days we stayed there was no hot water for showers. One of the other reviews explains they are on a central system, I'm not smart on central heat and air but the air conditioning system is in the room but it didn't work until about 11 pm. The staff did not stock any extra toiletries (one roll of toilet paper) no tissues in the room, it goes quick. They were prompt to provide it, but only when requested. You can hear everything in other rooms around you including the elevator going up and down (when it's actually working). There's no fridge in the room just an FYI. Closing statement you pay for what you get- if you have a little extra cash, I wouldn't stay here.

Small room, excellent location, very close to the tower and a great deal of restaurants. Fair price as well, with a helpful staff. We'd forgotten to bring a wine bottle opener and not only did the front desk attendant provide, he also lent us two wine glasses.

Easy to make a reservation. Phoned to confirm a few weeks ahead. That was easy, too. All staff were very helpful at the front desk. The Hotel was willing to hold luggage when we arrived early, and actually checked us in earlier than we had expected(it was the week before Christmas, not summer). We spent two days in a lovely quiet room with kids in adjacent room with twin beds. Both had private bathrooms and were so very clean and comfortable. We will stay there again when we get the chance. Close to Metro, easy walking to the Eiffel Tower, close restaurants,stores, and a wonderful boulangerie at the end of the street. Dec. 2014

Well situated hotel in walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Rooms are small and lift even smaller. Breakfast is off site and there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room but the bed is comfortable and the room is clean.

The hotel offered us a shuttle service, but only did they prank on us. The price wasnt correct and the communication was the worst. Never go

Location is ideal. Very near the tourist spot and shops. Room is very small. Service is bad. Not guest friendly staff

Location is great. But not a luxury hotel. They turn off central heating at night. You can use air conditioner to heat up but not enough. You have to leave lights on to use bathroom electricity plugs. In the room there are not enough electricity plugs. You need either multiplier or extension.

Great location. Some lovely cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. Small room (as expected in Paris) but our room (number 12) could do with a make over. Mirror in bathroom missing from it's bracket, only one glass (room booked for 3 people), bathroom door wouldn't close without being locked, noisy air-con unit, towels a bit crunchy and for the price I would have expected some toiletries (shampoo etc).
