Great location, extremely accommodating staff that goes beyond the call of duty to keep the guests happy. VERY clean and proper room. Location is the best in Cap_Ferret. Safe! I have stayed in many 5 star hotels throughout the world and must say that when traveling to Cap Ferret look no further. The Hotel des Dunes delivers! A big thank you to Quentin the General Manager and his entire staff! Sincerely and Truthfully!

До сих пор нахожусь под впечатлением от этого совершенно волшебного дома. Гостеприимные, деликатные и внимательные хозяева, исключительные чистота и комфорт, уют, интерьер, выдержанный в безупречном стиле, изысканный завтрак. И всё это по очень умеренной расценке. Настоятельно рекомендую.

Nous sommes passés très-très agréable séjour. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Grand confort, attention délicate et chaleureuse des hautes. l’intérieur de bon goût. Le petit déjeune copieux avec les produits de haute qualité. Même moi - quelqu'un très capricieux et exigeant a tombé sous le charme de cet endroit magique.

We stayed in this hotel at the end of September 2014. We found the hotel to be extremely over priced for a 3 Star...for what it offered. We paid 235 CHF per night for simply a double room with a small balcony. WiFi was very poor and we often had to go to the reception to connect. Also breakfast was not included unless you wanted to pay an additional 16 CHF...outrageous! Check-in was also not until 16:00 in the afternoon...most inconvenient. Access to the beach was not convenient...very challenging for all ages. Shame that this hotel did not offer a restaurant or an area to relax inside or out to enjoy an apéro in the evening...you were confined to your room to do that. Usually we stay in "Le Pavillon Bleu" (but unfortunately it was not available) which is just located down the road. We would highly recommend this hotel. Their restaurant is fabulous and would recommend highly. We will not be staying at the Hotel des Dunes ever again.
