Fantastic hotel, just a short walk to the 'cite' as well as the main town. The panoramic views are incredible and the staff are polite, friendly and helpful.

What really was outstanding was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I was having major problems with my online check-in with Ryannair and requested the help of the lady on reception who spent a good half hour on-line on my behalf working through the minefield of the Ryanair website to ensure that my husband and I were correctly checked in for our return flights. I am so grateful for all her help and patience. A big thank you.

Visited the restaurant, did not stay in the hotel.
The food that's served here is top quality and displayed in a way reminiscent of Michelin quality restaurants. The waiters and waitress we had were very friendly and helpful and spoke decent English.
The location is great as well, offering a great panoramic view on the old castle of Carcassonne. There's a 5th (rooftop) floor you can reach by stairs that offers an even better view on the castle.
I think the only real downside was that they can't accept tips since it's not an actual restaurant, but part of the hotel.
Saved this restaurant for future visits.

This is a fabulous Hotel in a perfect location to explore both the Medieval City of Carcassonne and the new City. The staff are friendly and helpful, service is great and the food is excellent. The best bit is the views over Carcassonne.

Tiny room with terrible beds. Food was so so. Nice view of walled city of Carcassonne, though. Happy to have only stayed one night.

Perfect Hotel! I would not stay anywhere else in Carcassone! This hotel has the location of all locations. The balcony rooms face the walled cite de Carcassone, amazing medieval walled castle and the view is spectacular, morning, noon and night! We couldn't help but leave the curtains the open all night long just so if we woke we could enjoy the view. The hotel room was amazingly comfortable. The bed fantastic and the bathroom modern with great towels. The restaurant is the best food we had in Carcassone! No really it is! Book a table as it is a small place but the food was truly one of our best meals! The hotel is a little worn from the outside but on the inside it is great. Staff are helpful and welcoming. The pool could be better maintained. I am a stickler for any age or mold issues with pools but that's my thing. I didn't hesitate to swim though and I would highly recommend bringing along your suits. It really is the best location to enjoy a visit to this great site.
