Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I’ve stayed in Paris hotels in the past and this was the most positive experience. The room was modern and comfortable. Showers were hot with strong water pressure. My only criticism is the gap in the glass bathroom door was about half an inch.

We were both very impressed after leaving our bags there in the morning - the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Checking in later in the day was something neither of us had experienced before - we were personally shown to and around our beautifully furnished room. Location is fantastic, being close to the metro and plenty of bars/restaurants. Sauna and steam room downstairs were both great. There is absolutely nothing to fault about this hotel. We will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Wonderful hotel. Lovely concept around secret (forbidden) places to stay in (I got the interior of the Eiffel tower, see pic).
The rooms are spacious, especially in a Parisian standard, the room has a Jacuzzi (!!!), the staff is friendly and the location is convenient.

Very cute little hotel. And super accommodating service. The rooms are all themed and you have the option to change rooms to experience a different theme every night. The rooms are decently sized for a Parisan hotel and clean. Would definitely stay again.

The room itself was super cute and we loved the designs, especially the cute jacuzzi in the room. It is a bit small, but that is typical of a lot of hotels in Europe. The fridge was re-stocked every day with two waters and two orange juices, which were complimentary. The hotel isn’t in the most ideal location, but you are very close to the Metro stop and of course there is always Uber, so it wasn’t really an issue. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants around the hotel, as well as a few grocery stores where you can pick up some snacks and drinks for your hotel room. There is also a large Starbucks around the corner and you are literally a 5 minute walk from Moulin Rouge.

The area was perfect. We were close to two metro locations and walking distance from Moulin Rouge. They had an honesty bar to pay for items you had, a sauna, work out center, and so close to multiple restaurants.

My boyfriend took me here for my birthday as a surprise. Wow, I was delighted with the stay, the room, the service and especially the hospitality. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it

We stayed at Design Secret de Paris Hotel for a few days during our honeymoon and had a wonderful experience with this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay, which was largely thanks to the wonderful staff that was working there at the time. The hotel is tiny, with only a handful of rooms (perhaps 20 or so?), so the staff seem to be very familiar with who was staying at the hotel at any given time. Wilman was the person who checked us in, and he was always full of smiles and very warm when he spoke with us. Every time we came downstairs to go out or returned from a long day, he would always poke his head around the corner and ask us how we were doing and what our plans for the day were. He seemed genuinely interested in what we were doing during our visit and was always giving us advice on things to do. He helped us with every request and did his best to help us. We really enjoyed coming back to a hotel where everyone was kind, chatty, and full of smiles!

We stayed at Hotel Design Secret de Paris nice neighborhood. Love this hotel very clean. Hotel is right across the street from the Police station, we felt safe. Everyone at the hotel was so nice and helpful. We're from the U.S. we were told more than once that the French people don't like Americans. That is farther from the truth, French people are so helpful with directions and friendly. Love Paris!!!

Another staff member we wanted to recognize was Camilla, who was also very sweet to us anytime we needed something. She called us a taxi for the airport and made us some coffee while we waited for him to show up! All in all, I would return to this hotel solely based on the wonderful and cheerful staff that were working there. After dealing with a lot of rudeness around Paris, it was nice to come back to a place where everyone was super nice!
