Room was nice and had a. However, the matress was old and U shaped. Not very comfortable for two people!

For the price, good sized rooms with even a small balcony and views over the Var valley towards Nice. Good free WiFi. Good breakfast. A little bit faded around the edges (chipped paint at bottom of doors, stains on carpet in the lift) but clean overall. No restaurant on site. The restaurant just below is good, but no others within easy walking distance. Easy access to the coast in 15 mins approx.

Free wifi is a plus. Very quiet place, just in front of IBM's Research Center.
Better to have a car, not many restaurants nearby.

Older building with clean but small rooms. Location is 15 min by car from coast away.

Nice hotel with pleasant front desk service
Back yard with view from the balcony could be cleaned once in a while
