Went there with my boyfriend and our dog. The hotel looks nice but the service is TERRIBLE! The restaurant had great food! but with the rude people working there , (knowing nothing about service), we went home even earlier than expected.
The breakfast had nothing and was super expensive. The cleaning lady went in to the room both of the days, ten o'clock in the morning without even knocking on the door.
No one speaks english except of the receptionist, and they get angry with you if you don't speak french.

Not worth the money at all and I will absolutely never go back or recommend this to anyone.

This is the first time in my life I'm ever writing a bad comment, but I was feeling like I was bothering them for even staying there, so we even left one day before...

We arrived on bicycles. Soaking wet and tired from a long day in the saddle. We were made so welcome. Our bikes locked up securely. The manager and staff took care of us and even dried our clothes. The rooms were comfortable. And a huge bath just fantastic. We had great wine , beer and the best steak for dinner. Loved the old style of the building.
Great ambience.

this place is great: a lunch menu for about 15 euro, including a g. of wine. The food is typically quite to very awesome, the gardens are lovely, the price is right. Dinner is a bit more expensive, maybe 30 euro, but also worth it. Fairly traditional French-Pyrenees cuisine with a modern ambience.
