Location cannot be better. Staffs were kind and helpful. Noise from the bar right next to the hotel at night was annoying but tolerable.

An older hotel with a fairly good location. Although it is in front of the train station, there is no issue with the noise from there. In the summer however the rooms facing the streets are quite noisy at night. Since there is no A/C this can be quite a problem on a hot day.

Nice hotel, great location in the center of town. Has a bar which is lively early on!

The hotel is under renovation and no working lift wich was a big minus, because if you look at all booking site's, you will not find this information. Anyway , great views and is Chamonix.

The hotel is currently under renovation and the lift is out of order. But the staff was extremely friendly who offered to carry our heavy luggage from ground floor to our rooms. During our stay in early Aug, there was heavy noise from the restaurants opposite to the hotel

Nice hotel, great location, good price, terrible staff. Not quite sure of the thinking here but it's staffed completely by Swedish kids who can't speak French, are unhelpful and completely clueless about the hotel that the are running. Problems included; not knowing where the nearest ski lift is(!!), not being able to tell us when breakfast was served, how much breakfast is, where we could park and they took us to the wrong room and we only got the right room after complaining. Also the hotel offers parking but it is full of the staffs Swedish cars so you won't get in. I'm not joking. Crazy place.

Decent hotel in a great location. Breakfast is good. Lift was broken both when I got there and was still 10 days later when I returned from trekking. Good location, but can be a bit loud with people partying late at night if you wanted the window open.

Great atmosphere, friendly helpful staff, convenient central location with fab apres ski

Not too clean over all, although the bathroom was OK. In principle a good renovation wouldn't hurt.

Very clean, ok breakfast. Busy, loud apres ski crowd. Feels like a hostel with private rooms.
