Rude staff, I paid online and they made me pay again they even threatened to call the police on us. Currently taking legal action against them for being aggressive, I have never been treated so badly.

You get, what you pay for.
Not the best notel near Paris, but definitely one one the cheapest. In every aspect.
The size of the room is OK. The bathroom is small, but tidy. The door to the bathroom is not lockable, what might be a problem.
Parking spots are nearby.
The staff is friendly, but not fluent in the english language.

We were there on a hot night facing the petrol station. Had to leave the window open. Didn't sleep at all from the noise and revving engines.

Location great, very clean, but the top bunk is apparently "never" made here where at other ibis budget hotels it was very nicely made.

It's... Okay. I guess. In this case you really get what you pay for and in both cases it's not much. Mattress was obviously plastic under the sheet, no doubt do they can simply power wash off the residue of their more unsavoury clientele. The tiny shower leaks water onto the floor that pools around the base of the toilet and makes you fervently hope theres a solid barrier between the sewage pipe and what you're stepping in. The towels were on the dinky side and seemed to be more proficient at moving water around than absorbing it. The view of a disused lot of semi abandoned building materials was impressively gloomy. That said, we were able to sleep unmolested without and we didn't have noisy neighbours despite the plasterboard separating us from them. I would rather sleep here than in a car or on the street.

As far as the hotel it self dirty, paper thin walls, uncomfortable beds, if you can starting your holiday in a bad way this is the place to stay!

Not that bad. You pay for what you get so don't expect a five star hotel here. However, it is one of the nicest cheap, cheap hotels I have seen. They decorated their lobby very nice, have drinks (you pay for), paint job is good, hard wood floors. I liked it.
