Trunk in my car is bigger than th bathroom, horrible, horrible floor in the room made from plastic. Pizza restaurant should be avoided: people on our trip did not feel too well and the waiter did not seem to have good English, he also did not care much when he spilled steak sauce on the trousers of my fellow traveler. The only pluses are fast wifi and location.

Definitively a good airport hotel. Easy to reach, no bus shuttle just the airport CGD VAL train, basic and clean hotel. I recommend to check in on line as you may find a busy check in queue. Restaurant was ok, service fast and good however i had to wait 30 min to be seated as it was busy!

Crowded. Efficient. The rooms are spartan and bathrooms are dystopian. Hard to describe. You have to see it to believe.

The location is excellent. The room was great. The man handling the front desk on my morning of departure on 9/16/17 needs some coaching on how to work with his customers. On 2 separate occasions, I walked up to the front desk and asked him a question and I was the only customer present. Both times he kept typing and staring at his monitor for about a minute without acknowledging a person was standing there as if I was an invisible man. A simple, "I will be right with you sir" rather than being treated like I was interrupting an important project would have been a polite way to handle a customer.

I used to write restaurant/hotel reviews in a Chicago News Paper. If I was still writing I'd give both Ibis Hotels
a 5. : I was hurt in both showers.

This a very good value for money airport hotel option. It is right at terminal one of the airport so extremely convenient. he rooms are clean, the beds are very good and there are a range of eating options starting at very reasonable prices for an airport hotel.

Great hotel if you need a place to stay the night before/after a flight. I believe there are three restaurants in the hotel. The restaurant I ate at was very affordable (about 10€) and good! There is a train that connects all airport terminals just minutes from the front door. Highly recommend!

I know I sound like a complaining customer. It's not complaining, it's confronting. If I slipped in the shower and hit my head, I'm sure others' have too. I just speak my truth.

Have stayed here before, so decided to come again. The location is perfect for catching flights. Room very comfortable, especially the bed - got a great night's sleep before my flight the next day. Breakfast was fine and although I seem to recall a few more choices last time. Overall very satisfactory!

I will say both Ibis are Very, Very clean! The beds were outstandingly comfortable. The room service was under 15 minutes.

Would I stay at another Ibis? I don't know. I know CDG has the Hilton but I didn't know it at the time I booked the Ibis.

In that second room there was no soap in the shower so I had to keep stepping out to get soap and with the slipper shower floors it was an to say the least a continued obstacle.
It was very cold in all the rooms. I had to have blankets brought up. I don't like forced heat.
The manager Madelyn(sp) seemed not to care. It's very hard to get a smile from her. I think she's been at the CDG Ibis too long as she's lost empathy for customers.
She let me barrow her personal personal phone to call my bank which was nice of her.
When I booked the CDG room I paid for breakfast at the same time. At Ibis Paris I had to have a receipt for breakfast as I didn't book that room with the breakfast. At CDG the cashier told me to go to the front desk and pay for breakfast. At Ibis CDG, I went to the cashier and he told me to get a receipt. I said I'd already paid for it. I was too tired to go back and forth so I went to the restaurant across the street and Paid $27.00 for eggs and toast.
I never ate dinner in the CDG Ibis. The lights are TOO bright. So I went back to the restaurant across the street for dinner.

The most attractive about both Ibis : very clean. And, in my room(s) very quiet.

I stayed at the Ibis Paris, then CDG for two nights.
In Paris, I slipped in the shower. The shower floor is dangerous. I told two women working in a room on the right side of the front desk that it was dangerous, and they both agreed.
The shower flooded at Ibis CDG. I tried to unplug it and when I stood back up I hit my head on the little shelf in the shower. An engineer fixed it. I also switched rooms as there was exhaust from either the airport or the freeway coming through the vent.

Wonderful hotel. Clean. Quiet. Modern. A good place to stay if you have a layover. Very easy shuttle from the airport. I has to get on a plane for the US and it was early. I was able to make my flight on time with no worries.
The restaurant was very good and a fair price.

I spoke to Madelyn in person about all these obstacles and I she didn't blink an eye.
There are no wash cloths for the shower or sink so we have to use big towels to wash with. If you get wash cloths you'll save money on laundry.

My wife and I arrived at the airport by train. The hotel was convenient and easy to find. Check-in was easy and friendly. The lobby was spacious, bright, and inviting. Our room was clean and efficient. We had dinner in one of the hotel's restaurants. The food and service were quite good. We also visited the bar. It was quite full and lively, and the services was friendly.
