Near by metro Ⓜ and rer c train stations
But the area that is located gives you a feeling that is not safe at night

Hotel looks a bit old from the outside, but is modern from inside. The rooms are small and contain the most important furnitures. The breakfast is very good for Paris, and the lobby is small, cozy and nice!

Place is ok. Near to highway. But little outskirt of Paris. Rooms no water bottle no safe no complementary tea coffee. Good for only stay.

Location is great, Metro is 10 minutes walk and bus stop 2 minutes. Also from here most of the sights in Paris are like 20 to 30 minutes by public transport.
Room is a tight fit with literally not much space to stretch, fits for bare necessities and I would not recommend for a stay beyond a night or at maximum 2.
Breakfast buffet is not bad and is ok, don't expect too much for the budget cost you are paying.
Staff is quite helpful and courteous, they speak English quite.

Don't book by mistake, even if it's 2 month in advanced, and even if you booked just for a couple of hours online. They will keep all your money. No refunds for nothing that you didn't even used.
Read tripadvisor reviews about this hotel before book it.

No safe and refrigerator in the room. Good breakfast and the rooms are nice.
