The breakfast was okay, but I've seen better for less money per night.

The rooms were clean, but small, no real desk area to sit at, which is important as a tourist planning your trip. Bed was large and comfortable. Very small Bathroom. Staff were helpful, language barrier proved a bit trying. Quiet, rooms quite soundproof. The real downfall was patchy wifi, which caused a lot of hassles for us in terms of bookings, communicating with family at home etc. This needs addressing. Breakfasts were excellent, great selection.

Clean, comfortable, and good location near everything you would want as a traveler (easy access to train and bus service). The breakfast buffet is a welcome addition with a solid selection of quality items...Definitely was a great way to start the day

The hotel is in close proximity of the Accorhotels arena, the metro station Bercy and the train station Gare de Paris Bercy. So the city center and the most important attractions can be reached within 30 minutes.

The hotel is very nice. It is very near to the public transport both Bus and Metro. The room is quite good and new. You can hope only European Breakfast. It is bad for me. If you can speak France, it is better to communicate.

This is the Second time I am staying in this hotel and was disappointed. The room was very hot. the air co was on but not giving any cold air! Breakfast was also disappointing. The breakfast room was warm. I had better memories in mind. Only positive point was the proximity to the Paris Bercy train station as I needed to take a train....

Our room was rather small and narrow but nevertheless it was clean. The selection of the included breakfast buffet was not the greatest but the quality was convincing.

The bathroom was very bad - no toilet brush, the mount that was holding the shower glass (curtain) was broken, the water was cold and hot on and off again, so it was difficult to shower.

Staff and rooms fine. The breakfast arrangements complete pandemonium , queued for five minutes for coffee to find no mugs. Ventured further in the room found second machine not working, queued for food no plates. Found plates on second counter no bread. Meat hid in refrigerators, not clearly signed. Finally managed to sort bread and meat on tray. Coffee machines in front of room still had large queues second machines still no mugs [ except us looking for a relaxed breakfast]

Excellent staff! Quick and fast check-in/check-out. Perfect location with the Accor Arena next door to attend concerts and in super close proximity to the public transport. Room was soundproof, comfortable and spacious. Bathroom was clean despite a small problem with the bathroom where the flush was not working and when fixed the toilet kept leaking.

Perfectly acceptable rooms, though nothing special... Breakfast is limited but OK... service is excellent... location is perfect, only 2 minutes from the metro.

I was looking for a hotel at the last minute because I was blocked in Paris for the night. I decided to come to Ibis because my last experience was great. I had a place, it was the first good news! Afterward, the receptionist told me that fidelity is rewarded (discount), that was the second good news!
And as usual, I really appreciated the cleanliness of the room, also the decoration was really nice.
The receptionist at my arrival was really professional and smiley person.
The staff was fine.
This is my second good experience with Ibis.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can see them on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...

The only good point was the staff, but the rest of the hotel was a disgrace!. I have stayed in many hotels including a few one star hotels and this was the worst!. Blocked toilets, no food or drink options, not even a kettle in the room. extremely small rooms too. No maintenance staff to fix blocked toilets and extremely overpriced for such poor standards. I will NEVER stay at an ibis hotel again and I will encourage everyone I know and meet to do the same!

The rooms are small (normal for Paris), but the carpet, furniture and overall look of the room is old and dirty. There was a power socket that was broken and the wires were showing which is very dangerous.

The AC was noisy and the window could open only 1-2cm. tops.

We can recommend this ibis styles hotel for any city trip to Paris.

Stayed for a few nights. The perfect distance from the city. Only a few metro stops away from major attractions. The area around the hotel is fun to explore as well.
