Good point, easy reach from the ferry and warm phone welcome. They can not be wrong in everything !

We only stayed overnight for one night on our trip. The night clerk letting us in was very friendly and offered us refreshments at no extra charge. The room was small but it was only for sleeping so we didn't mind. It was generally clean and comfortable. Easily accessible just a few miles off the motorway. A good location to stay if you are taking the Eurotunnel train and need a place to sleep before continuing your journey!

Sehr kleine Zimmer,veraltete Badezimmer und das Hotel direkt neben der Straße gelegen machen dieses Hotel überhaupt gar nicht für Familien geeignet. Außer das es in den Zimmern Wasserkocher und Tee gibt und es eine gute Straßenanbindung zu den Fähren wie nach Dünkirchen gibt ist dieses Hotel sehr schwach.

Everything but the breakfast is cold and factory made (well, some pieces of the breakfast are btw).

Satisfactory. Breakfast good. A hotel close to the ferry port to Dover. A good overnight hotel.

Small rooms, unavailable peoples (there was an english couple when we were there who've ben waiting a good half hour to have someone at the reception), old painting on the walls and quite expensive rates. It clearly is not with such hotel that France's reputation is gonna be better in any way.

We booked in here after staying at the other two hotels Premier class and the Campanile , we were surprised to be given a family room that's two bedrooms and a kitchen the kitchen had a fridge freezer hob microwave toaster , Our bed was big and comfortable, there was a TV which we didn't use there was also a kettle which we did make use of the room was a bit dated but was fine for our overnight stop
My only gripe is the shower which is over the bath is deadly getting in and out of.

Really disappointed, because most Kyriad hotels are fine and ran by peoples who love doing it.

Room want ready on arrival over an hour after check in time, maids we in no rush to sort it, stood chatting outside the room. Rooms were dated and very small. Receptionist tried to take city tax twice. Despite these issues it was warm, comfy and clean and reasonably priced.

I wouldn't stay here. Mould on the ceiling, on the shower curtain, and the tiles in the bathroom. The room didn't smell very nice either!

There is a large car park which we thought was the safest we had ever been on there were 14 police vans and busses belonging to the riot police with officers guarding them.

If you consider that ferries are running from 6 am 'till 2 am, you actually may not need an hotel and should, if you think you do need one, avoid this one.

Would we use this hotel again ? I don't see why not.

Not a bad hotel. Clean and the fridge in the family room was a nice bonus. It could do with a general refreshing though as the rooms are visibly a little dated and the furniture in the reception/bar area was very tired. The beds were ok though as was the bed linen.

Please don't stay here. The rooms are small, dated and dangerous. The interconnecting door we had was VERY stiff and dangerous. We arrived exceptionally late and the overnight staff member was rude to say the least. The breakfast was very expensive for what it was also!!
