Disgusting and filthy room. The receptionist was biting her nail all the time and was being assisted by her rude supervisor named Murat. They have assigned us to a room that has not been cleaned and the toilet has poop!! When we asked to change room Murat said NO! If I can rate this as 0 star I will. Do not book or stay here!

Week airconditioner. Strange smell.

Carpets need to be deep cleaned as (as the cheaper, less desirable option to completely removing) as it smelled musty, looked dirty and felt sticky. 80% of shower tiles covered in stains.
