Pour un 2 étoiles j'ai été agréablement surprise de l'accueil et des services en chambre (j'ai été dans des 4 étoiles où on ne pouvait même se faire un café en chambre).
La chambre est parfaite, avec miroirs là où il faut, plateau de courtoisie fourni, bonne literie, propreté, et, vue agréable sur un champs où pâturent de beaux chevaux.
Ce que j'ai le plus apprécié est la gentillesse et la compétence du personnel et, le petit déjeuner qui est copieux et bon. Pour un 2 étoiles, c'est un petit dej royal avec même des yaourt frais à assaisonner par plein de bonnes choses.
Il est très proche du parc expo de Mâcon Nord et de la zone commerciale, mais la vue à l'arrière est complètement dégagée.

After waiting 30 minutes at reception to check in, we were eventually checked in by a very rushed and rude man who whilst attending us, stopped midway and started serving someone else. We eventually got to the room and it was in appalling condition. Cigarette ash on the radiator next to the bed, No towels, tide marks in the bath tub, pubic hair in the bath, and a services cupboard above the toilet open with high voltage electrical cables hanging out, and trip boxes exposed to the public. We complained about it and switched rooms. It doesn't get any better I am sorry to say. As we walked down a dimly lit corridor with radiators hanging off the walls and light shades missing, we got to the room. Bath tub was cracked chipped and extremely precarious whilst showering. Showering itself was difficult. Less water pressure than an old man with prostate problems which meant that it could not be used on the wall mount. This wouldn't have been too much of an issue, however the shower house is too short if you are any taller than 1m50. There was a hairdryer in the room, however the lead wasn't long enough to reach the mirror which resulted in my girlfriend having to lean back and forth to dry her hair and check the mirror. The bed was quite comfortable despite everything else so it wasn't all bad. However I haven't mentioned breakfast yet! We arrived at 8am for breakfast only to find a few tiny crushed croissants, 2 leather strips vaguely resembling bacon, 1 sausage smaller than my little finger, and scrambled eggs from a premixed packet that whilst plentiful, looked like vomit on a silver platter. No milk for the cereals, some fruit salad that had an oily film on it, and not even fresh coffee to start the day! You couldn't pay me enough to return to this hotel! It was atrocious. Clearly short staffed, overpriced, and not somewhere I would recommend to anyone with a choice to stay elsewhere. The car perhaps?

Chambre tout confort avec un lit King size mais dont le couchage est un peu dur
Par contre, attention à la grande différence de prix entre semaine et week-end

Hôtel très bien situé pour une étape sur l'autoroute du soleil. Restauration correcte. Chambres confortables. Accueil sympa. Parking aisé. Salles de bains assez petites

Tarif très cher. C'est une honte , pas de climatisation dans les chambres ,petits matelas non confortable .
Poussière partout .
Serviettes sales .
À évité je ne le recommande surtout pas .
