The worse hotel ever, just be careful with your personal items, I saw the housekeeping open my wallet and nobody took responsibilities about the incident, even worse the main kept doing her "JOB" of course not in my room. The Manager just gave me advice of used the safe box for my personal items, so when I ask her why the main keep doing her job without any problems her response was unbelievable. That's her job. Otherwise, I wrote an email to the company and hotel about it, and still waiting for a response. Just take care.

The treatment is horrible, they treat you poorly, even more if you are a teenager. The food and the cleaning were not good, and also they deceive you with the price, they have got a nerve! I will never come back!

My room was having a problem with pillow that has blood mark on it. When I ask the stuffs on duty in the reception to check it out. I said bonjour for the first time and said in English my room has some problem could you come up and see ? And he ignore me without even looking my eyes ! After that, I asked my tour guide to speak to him in French and the stuff only walk in to the my room and took out the pillow without listening finish the my explanation! And he kept on shaking his head and roll his eyes when he walked out the room !

Rooms are small, a little bit out of fashion and have no wardrobe. However hotel has a good air conditioner and near the two subway station.

The room was compact with no obvious wardrobe. The restaurant in the hotel did serve good food at both dinner and breakfast.

Lovely clean rooms and very friendly staff helpful been there twice now begoing back again
