for a 4 star hotel I expected better, the one complaint is internet speed is very slow like the 90s.

Breakfast served from 5am which was great on my early day of departure, it's the same food served every day, but no restaurant in weekends.

Based far from shops and restaurants unless you drive, however bus stop is around the corner and they can call for taxi if you need one. the staff is mixed, The arab staff are very nice and the french staff I find quite rude.

Comfortable room and bed. WiFi not too reliable. Not that well positioned for access to public transport.

Very Nice Hotel with Superb food. Also hotel attendants are helpful, friendly; Room service on daily basis. Good for attending Flight Safety Training or Dassault Training or any other training inside Aeroport Le Bourget as they are within 5 mins of walk from the hotel. Decent place with no disturbance inside the airport compound (don't know the condition outside).

Stayed here on the 9th-12th October '17 . The staff were very friendly the breakfast is about right for the 14 euros buffet . However I found on this occasion there was a lot of noise from the doors of the other rooms as they seem to slam shut and after a while it starts to drive you mad. So that is why I have given it a 3/5. Not sure about the fire exit!!!

Bad:
-Reception / Lobby very dated.
-Breakfast: poor selection. Coffee machines were out of milk and not filled unless guests told the staff. Same for other items. More attention from staff would improve the service.
- Slow internet service
-Odour of carpets especially in the lobby.
-Buffet
-Room window does not open.

Rooms are very quite, clean and comfty despite being on an airport, and quite warm I didn't even turn on the heating.

Hotel was great stuff was amazing showed up later after being out all day and staff went out of his way to get us food.
