Chambre spacieuse avec une petite kitchenette, personnel au service du client. Pas mal de choix pour le petit déjeuner mais dommage, pas de produits locaux.

The TV would void its memory every time you left the room and have to be re-scanned before you could see what was on.

At the end of the day, this hotel would be fine if you were travelling as a couple and didn't need a good WiFi connection, or welcoming staff to ask you how your day was / how your visit to the doctor was. As a lone business traveller though these things are what change a hotel from adequate to great. Sadly the Kyriad Prestige at Saint Nazaire was not great, thus my 2 star review.

However, these positives were more than let down by several pretty annoying issues.

Good newish hotel with good location and great breakfast

The WiFi worked..as long as you wanted a very slow connection, and only after 11pm at night. When I raised the issue with the staff they simply shrugged and said "when there's a lot of people using it it doesn't work well" as if that excuses the fact that the WiFi barely worked, even though that was one of the reasons this hotel was booked for me.

The reception staff were at best coldly polite and at worst bordering on rude. There was never once a "hello!", a "see you in a while!" or even a smile when I entered or left the hotel, and any issue raised was met with a sigh, even though efforts were made to deal with issues. Even a request for a couple more sachets of sugar was treated with suspicion and annoyance.

Modernes Hotel. Die Sauberkeit ist sehr gut. Es wird jeden Tag gereinigt das Zimmer. Um die Küche zu nutzen muss man einmalig zahlen. Leider keinen Dunstabzug beim Kochen, was den Geruch nicht sonderlich gut abziehen lässt. Wifi ist Okay! Wenn alles so bleibt komme ich gerne wieder und freue mich dann auch auf das Hotel.

Ottimo residence com camere molto belle e spaziose a piu stanze. All'interno della prima stanza, oltre che esser presente un piccolo salotto c'è una piccola cucina per chi vuole cucinare direttamente in camera. Camera da letto separata con bagno e vadca da bagno. Unico difetto lo scaldabagno all'interno dell'armadio alla sera si sente gocciolare... questo gia in due camere.

The bath, as mentioned, would be perfect - for a small child. I am 6'2, not incredibly tall by any standards, and of average 'width' but the stupidly short and narrow bath barely fit me in. With water displacement taken into account, a mug full of water would nearly have been enough to fill it with me in it. The shower, however, was great.

I'll start with the positive points. The room was clean, comfy, well decorated and the bed was very comfortable. It was well placed, with good parking amenities. The bath and shower had good water pressure and the bathroom (apart from the bath..) was good.

I stayed in this hotel for work for 10 days.

I don't normally write bad reviews but for the cost of a little warmth and friendliness, they've earnt one.

As another guest has mentioned, there was a fairly loud fan running most of the night but I did get used to this after a couple of days.

Je recommande très fortement cet hôtel, vous ne serez pas déçu.

You should be carefully in case you book for short stay, 1-4 days, because kitchen is locked and they claim 15€/day plus 250€ for deposit plus a kitchen kit for 5€ to clean the kitchen at your leave. There is no warning on their website when you are booking a room for 4 days stay or less. With this additional cost the accomodation is too expensive for this type of hotel and location. I was disappointed when I saw this in the room because I've chosen this hotel knowing the room has a kitchen.

Hôtel récent, propre et agréable.
Chambre spacieuse, excellente literie et très bien insonorisée.
La salle de bain se compose d'une petite baignoire, d'un lavabo, deux serviettes par personne (une petite pour le lavabo, une grande pour la douche). Point négatif de la douche : seul le pommeau de douche fonctionne, pas la douche fixe.
Wifi gratuit, à demander à l'accueil.
Le petit déjeuner est un peu cher (12€/personne).
L'hôtel est entouré de nombreux restaurants et magasins et se situe à 3 minutes du centre de Saint-Nazaire.
Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent pour la période creuse.
J'y suis retourné à 2 reprises par la suite.

Finally though, these niggles would have been made up for (even the serious WiFi problem) by a friendly and welcoming staff who were at your disposal and at least looked like they wanted you there. I cannot say that this was the case.

The cleaning staff were very friendly and professional, though.
