Being centrally located, and otherwise clean-looking, saves this from being one star.

The hotel seemed to be modern. Rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet was ok but it was better than nothing.

Modern hotel very conveniently situated in centre of town, with shops and restaurants all around. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Rooms clean and just large enough, though would have prefered a little more space to hang clothes.
Bed large and comfortable. Bathroom excellent.
Breakfast excellent, with good selection: even the coffee was good (we live in Italy and so are very fussy about the wuality of the coffee.)
We shall come to stay again.

Good breakfast but very strange smell in the hallways and in the rooms. My colleague smelt a similar smell coming from the shower drain and also in his rooms...ok but not the best. Open the window.

No hotel parking during the day. You must pay or park ~1.1km away. At night there is a small lot nearby that, with luck, you can find a free spot for the night.

New hotel. Breakfast is very bad.

Breakfasts at kyriads are subpar, even by northern french standards. The powdered eggs were... gelatinous, and basically untouched by all. Save your money.

I entered the room, faint smell of sewage. Opened the bathroom door, then a strong smell. I immediately went to reception, and the employee said something along the lines of "that can happen if the room is unused for a few days, run some water in the shower". I did so, left for ~2 hours for dinner, to return to a room that smelled even worse. No offer to switch rooms until I asked, sternly. edit- reading other reviews, this is common for this hotel.

Cadre sympa, moderne. Matelas de bonne qualité. Par contre, très déçue sur le petit-déjeuner. Pas top. En plus, ça sentait la cigarette a plusieurs reprises dans la salle de bain.... Pas glop.

Great location near plenty of restaurants and bars. Very modern, with pleasant and polite staff. Nice breakfast buffet. Rooms could be a little cleaner (cobwebs), but very nice overall.
