Friendly and quiet place. Superb location. Have stayed here a few times on business trips. Just a warning - very small rooms. I stayed there alone so can't imagine how small it will be for a couple. Bathroom size was ok. Bed was also a decent size but you can forget about opening the suitcase anywhere else except the bed.

It's a nice little hotel in the heart of Paris. It's very nice and the accommodations are at par.

I just arrived at your hotel and had the worst experience ever checking in. Not ever had a reception been so rude. Not customer friendly!! I was at the reception for over an hour. I was not given a room although it was reserved.
Wifi also doesn't work. Unhappy!!

If you book with American Express, I advise you to not proceed. The director Paolo would take his time to take the necessary action to release the blockage of your money on your credit card. Almost 1000 euros were blocked for more than a week despite my cancellation regardless of many phone calls to release it, and his promise to do so. And if you have an issue, hope it's not during the weekend. He wouldn't not agree to spend 5minutes to do what he promised to do during the week and did not do. Good luck with this hotel.

The hotel is located in the charming Place Plumereau with amazing charm and fabulous cafes and shopping just steps from the hotel. The rooms are clean and well appointed, the staff is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Tours, which I hope will be soon!

Removed one star because of the size of the rooms and elevator. But I usually stay here if the nearby hotels are too expensive or full since I like the neighbourhood.

Great service, amazing rooms! The rooms are top-notch! Staff is very kind. The only con was the breakfast, it did not live up to expectations for the price.

Great location near to the centre of Paris. Parking will be a bit of a problem since you're only able to park ( payed ) for max 2h. In the street. The hotel itself looks decent. Not special for the price, but not bad at all. Breakfast at the hotel is 20,- p.p.p.n. I'd suggest going to a nice local bistro!

The room was quite small, not all the staff understood English (not enough for a conversation), we had problems with the room door locking. Not the best place to stay. However, has a few commodities: metro right next to it, convenience stores are near. So yeah, not great but not too bad either.
