Attractive luxury hotel. A real Parisian secret! I love the smart, noble atmosphere of the place: supreme comfort, supreme staff kindness, supreme food!. And the Champs Elysee are just at the corner!

The hotel has nice location and staff are welcoming.. The rooms are too old and not as clean as it should be. The furniture are too old and not convenient..

We were generally pleased with our stay. The individual service made us feel welcome and special. Alistar at the front door, the head bartender and his assistant in the bar are especially memorable. The lovely room, the night we came back to find all the rose petals in honor of our anniversary are very special memories.

Some of the reception staff are very unfriendly and not welcoming.
Although we have booked in advance , upon arrival they claimed that they received only 2 reservations out of the 3. Francois the night manager is very very professional to deal with situations but lady reception first on arrival was confused and unhelpful.
Rooms were not cleaned well and dust was left in corners and side of the room.
On checkout we were ten minutes late from the check out time and they started warning us of 120€ charge if we don't leave immediately even though we left 2 of the rooms and we were just getting ready to leave from the third room. Location is great since next to champs elese,, however hotels like Marriott with similar price is much much better.to claim to be a boutique hotel u should be up to a near perfect service, otherwise there is no point staying in small hotel with big prices!

The Lancaster Hotel is a wonderful boutique hotel located just off Chemps d'Elysees near the Arc de Triumph.
Room was spacious and comfortable. Service from the staff was exceptional. Only disappointment was there one star Michelin restaurant was closed for the holidays. Highly recommend this hotel to those who enjoy a smaller and more intimate hotel.

I had a very nice stay in your hotel, but the rooms are not soundproof and that means that every noise of passing guest in the hallway or any activity in the rooms next or up to my room were very disturbing. Also the closing of adjoining room doors were very annoying.
Besides that it is a very nice hotel, well located en super friendly staff!

A couple of areas could be improved upon, especially as you are a high end hotel. The water in our bath ran continuously, not heavily but consistently. Whenever we entered the room it smelled of smoke. I suspect from the vents of rooms below us, once again not overwhelming but consistent. It is the little things that set the top locations apart and I had expected you to get all these component correct.
