Big room and big TV. Super easy and fast check-in by helpful staff. Bathroom was a bit musty but liked the separate room for the toilet. Easy parking on the road. Didn't like being on the same floor as the restaurant in the morning. Too many children running around shouting disturbing the peace.

Clean, tidy, friendly staff and good location. A little tired but marked down for no tea or coffee facilities in the room. Have to buy your own in the lobby. Can't excuse that really.

it is a small town hotel that is very close to the town and the train station. walk to a lot of stuff just few minutes. parking is limited but we can park in public place and walk back in 3 min.
the room is ok and price is fine but do not expect too much out of it.

What a great hotel with wonderfully accommodating staff and the rooms where well above my expectations. Nice rooms with multiple pillows and decent bathrooms, however the shower takes a little getting used to and the breakfast was a little expensive when compared to other places I've been too. That been said it was homemade and very tasty. Wonderfully close to major attractions and access to multiple tours for the D-Day beaches.

A solid choice as a hotel, and I think for what it is -- especially considering how tourist-y Bayeux is -- it is a good value. Staff were very helpful; breakfast was extensive although they could work on their scrambled eggs a little bit. I also could hear frying bacon from my room at 7am; I guess I was near the kitchen. They stored my bike in their garage without any problems. Cleanliness, atmosphere, and location all very good.

My wife and I were very pleased with the service we received at this hotel. We are also amazed by the manner in which they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and without worries. Our hostess, Patrice, was a complete angel. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Rooms were simple but nice. Staff was incredible. Went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed!

not related to the hotel, but i did see a nice BMW has 4 wheels lost in the public parking lot when I left the other day. as long as you do not drive expensive car, it should be fine.

I would just like to say thank you to Hotel Le Bayeux. These people are phenomenal! Honestly they are so accommodating and really did everything to put together an amazing package for our family. Unfortunately our plans had to be cancelled but - they even called to make sure it was not them and tried to facilitate another time. Quaint little hotel in Bayeux. Inexpensive. Rooms are small ("cramped" by N. American standards) and dated. There is very limited on-site parking available (see photo); if you are driving, you should call ahead to reserve a parking space. Staff at the hotel are simply wonderful -- very friendly and ready to assist with your Bayeux/Normandy touring experience.
