Very nice Appartement and great service by the staff! Actually we thought it was a normal hotel and have been a bit surprised when we all got out own Appartement. These Appartements have been very close to the hotel (e.g. across the street) so it was no problem at all to walk there for breakfast.
Breakfast was simple but good (Coffee/tea, Baguettes, Croissants and a great choice of different jellys). Service was fantastic, always friendly and helpful.

My husband and I were staying in 4 start hotel in Nice and then drove to Cannes without any hotel reservation. We found the hotel online and decided to walk in to see how are the rooms and area as we never stayed in 2 stars hotel. This hotel is newly refurbished and located in the best area where everything is happening. very polite and friendly staff accepted to show the room to us. The room( #11) is very clean, bright and specious. A great hair dryer. They don't have parking but they told us about the area which parking was free and only few minutes away from the hotel. We didn't have to pay for taxi at all cause everything is happening around the hotel. We were planning to stay only one night but decided to extend our stay to another night. They had to move us to another room as number 11 was booked already. The other room was also clean, bright and spacious. My husband and I are planning to go back again end of summer. I would suggest strongly to try this hotel if you want to enjoy a clean and nice hotel in heart of Cannes.

Never stayed in 2 star hotel in my life but this time we just walked in to this place. I found it really nice. Newly refurbished place. Very clean and no need to say, fantastic location.
Strongly recommended and I will definitely come back.
Unfortunately we are only here for one night... next time I will come here for an extended period for sure.

My stay at this hotel can only be described as wonderful. My room was very clean, my bed was very comfortable, my bathroom was very clean, and overall the establishment - while small - was very soothing and relaxing. I loved the 24/7 front desk, as everyone who worked there was courteous and most hospitable. Breakfast every morning was simple, delicious, and a great way to start the day. Its location in the center of Cannes, right next to the Rue d'Antibes (just a quick walk away from the beach too), made for great convenience, including fast access to the train station. I highly recommend this charming family establishment to anyone traveling on a budget in Cannes! Merci beaucoup, Hotel Le Florian!

That's a great little hotel. Bang in the centre (handy for when you are smashed and it's 5 in the morning), spotlessly clean, comfy beds (I had three in my room, think I must have been given a triple though booked a single), surprisingly quiet. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. My bathroom was very big with a brand new refurb, massive shower stall with good water pressure. You can arrange a pick up/drop off service to the airport. I managed to negotiate the driver down to 70 Euros one way - still a rip off for a half hour journey, but that's what we paid for an uber, so a good yardstick for local prices. Anyways, can highly recommend the hotel.

I have been staying here for 10 years, owners are wonderful and rooms are exactly what you need in Cannes for the festival!
