Nice hotel with good view, room are recent and clean for a fair price. Quite noisy on the road side.
Impressed with the efforts made to run kids activities, optional dedicated kids meal times and films.

The hotel is nice located on the slopes, friendly staff, fast service, thats why the four stars.
Don't stay for dinner, the cook really doesn't know how to cook. Tasteless and expensive.
The caesar salad was more like a super market chicken salad and the "beef bourguignon" was just cooked beef with a tone of sauce, we sent it back. The desert was cold out of the fridge, speechless... The bill was also wrong. You better avoid the restaurant.
Carpet on 10th floor entrance hall needs to be changed to rubber matting …. Children ended up with wet socks on more than one occasion before going out. Dinner food was average.… sure it can be improved.
