I was sent to the wrong room so startled the lady who was leaving. Returned and my bed still wasn't made up so had to be transferred to another room. Trying to get WiFi is a real pain. They don't tell you but you have to go down to the lobby to get a print out. The password only allows you to connect one item. Apart from that, the room was fine as the breakfast decent enough.

stayed for a night very pleasant nice room excellent location adjacent to Eurostar terminal and shopping centre staff were very helpful a special thanks to manon who was fantastic gorgeous and spoke perfect English very friendly staff and I will stay there again

Nice room, extremely friendly and helpful welcome from reception. Perfect place as close to town centre and train/metro stations.

Small, but perfectly comfortable accommodation near the two stations and very near to the centre of Lille. The rooms were modern and clean, providing everything that you needed. They are compact, but reasonable for the price. Free wi-fi is available from the hotel reception.

Parking, PDJ , tres bonne situation entre les deux gares Lille Europe est lille flandre . A 600 mètres de la grande place.Best location ever , near the city center and in between the two train stations , lille Flandre And Lille Europe . Very nice hotel to stay in . As well as a top one staff .

Great 2-3 stars accommodation, perfect location at the Euralille shopping center, between the 2 train stations so very convenient if you travel by train.
Comfortable small rooms, clean and good bathroom (bath/shower combination).
They provide free super fast internet for the duration of your stay and the staff is super friendly.
Excellent place for a short visit to Lille

The hotel is extremely well located but there is no air conditioning in my room (or could not find it), shower water was very fresh (maybe an advantage with the current hot weather in Lille), no soap was available, just 2 small bags of shampoo were provided for you to wash your hands and your hair...
Price is not cheap nor expensive, but compared to services this is a very poor ratio.

It was a nice hotel, very quiet and clean. My only complaints are that my room was quite warm even after opening the window, and the breakfast isn't free.

Convenient hotel in between both main train stations (Lille Europe and Flanders). Our hot water didn't work very well the first day but seemed to fix itself after that. Bed is comfortable.

nice location between the 2 train stations (you can leave your bagages)
nice contact at the check in BUT didn't take my reward Accord Card?????
Nice room, but noisy can leave the window opens, no soap in the bathroom and only 1 towel
very good breakfast but milk not hot to make a chocolate
accurate bill
