Un séjour de rêve dans un hôtel superbe au personnel accueillant, souriant et disponible. Un rapport qualité prix exceptionnel et si vous voulez changer d'avis sur les cures santé et minceur, séjournez au Mercure, des installations au top et une cuisine de très grande qualité. Un hôtel à recommander absolument à tous.

Cadre agréable. Les chambres sont propres et le staff trés sympa. Le restaurant est très bon.
Le seul bémol c'est que les chambres sont un peu petites.

Since it was Friday, we had no choice but to stay there to eat (we didn't order soup). Four of us never got our dishes after 3 requests.

Hôtel très bien pour y être venue l'an dernier aussi. Nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant qui nous avait déçu l'an passé

We had a company of 15 people from all over the world including three little children. We booked 6 rooms in total for a 7-day stay.

Personnel très professionnel et sympathique. Dommage qu'il y ait autant de "vides" dans les pièces du rez de chaussée. Chambres très confortables, très grand lit et terrasse-bar plus qu'agréable.

While waiting for the rest of the group to arrive in the evening myself, my wife and daughter go the hotel restaurant. After seating us, they paid zero attention to us. I had to ask three times for water which we got 30 minutes after seating down along with the stale bread (this is France should be pretty good) and we got out food in 60 minutes. The restaurant was maybe 30% full.

I spent the morning at the spa, although pool small the Jaquzzi, sauna, steam room were wonderful, the entire place was spotless and calm. The staff member Lidie was first class from start to finish, she made me feel very welcome, showed me where everything I needed was and how things worked, she even took me to the dining room where I had a delicious fresh salad! I had a manicure with Lidie too, I have a manicure quite regularly in England but this was one of the best!!! Such a relaxing morning, I will be going back...first class well done Lidie a real credit to the hotel.

Summary: Staff doesn't care about customer service a bit. They know people will come for the mountains. Avoid this hotel and book somewhere else. If you end up here, don't go to the restaurant unless you want to check your patience.

Super ! Le bâtiment est très joli et les chambres supérieures sont vraiment spacieuses. la Literie est géniale

Upon arrival, we saw that there were only 14 chairs, we asked for an extra one. The waiter, who claimed to be the manager of the hotel, later on, counted plate settings (15) and said we are not missing a chair. We've asked for a seat again, and he counted plate settings again. At which point he asked out French speaking guy " Do you even know how to count."

We requested a manager. At this point, he started using very aggressive body language, yelling at us and telling us that he is the manager of the whole hotel and we can't talk to anyone else. All while towering over two little kids. We've recorded the whole incident as he started yelling and will forward it to head office.

Example 1
We arrived from Canada at 1:00 pm, the woman at the reception right away informed me that the check in is at 4:00 pm. I asked if out of 6 rooms perhaps one is already available as we've come a long way from Canada. Without even trying to check, she just said no. Well Ok, rules are rules.

-Nobody cleaned my Dad's room for 2 days
-We got dirty rags on our table in the hotel room
-My kid's room had no new towels for 3 days

Bonjour, en tant que partenaire Wonderbox d'un coffret spécifique valable jusqu'en mars 2018, nous souhaitions réserver pour une prestation qui avait été présentée par ce biais. Résultat: oui il y a de la place, non pas pour vous car vous venez avec une wonderbox et que nous n'assumons plus ces prestations. Quand on s'engage à être partenaire pour un service prépayé, et que l'on refuse aux clients l'accès à ce service, il s'agit de publicité mensongère et la responsabilité en incombe à Wonderbox d'une part, mais également à la direction de l'établissement associée à cette opération commerciale. Je me réserve le droit à un recours via une association de consommateurs. Cordialement.
