Rooms are comfortable. Staff is very cordial. Nice breakfast and convenient location. Loved it.

Very rude and very impatient with us. Not only would not use it again but would consider boycotting Mercure altogether

Très bel hôtel très bien placé. Dans une vieille batisse très bien rénovée. Si hic pas de parking, normal me direz vous en hyper centre c'est normal, mais ils auraient au moins pu négocier un tarif privilège au pk public....

Lovely hotel, rooms are big, breakfast is good, people are nice and friendly. The elevator is slightly old but I see that as a charm and not a constraint. I choose this hotel every time I come to Lyon :)

Very convenient hotel, located at walking distance from Lyon's train station. Good service and comfortable rooms.

Coffee cup in room full of mouldy coffee when we arrived
Fridge not restocked when room cleaned
Milk for coffee wasn't restocked
People walked in when "do not disturb" sign was up
Woken up with early morning phone call asking where the iron was even though it was returned 2 days previously
Woken up with knock on door early in morning to see if we were in followed by attempt to get in. Again door sign was up
