Bed wonderful, the rest?? Oh my goodness, someone needs to sort this place out!!! The plot is lost and the customers are treated as being a nuisance!!

Good stay at the Mercure even if from the outside it doesn't look as great! Room was clean and spacious, service at the bar and for dinner wasn't that great but the dishes were good

On arrival half the hotel was under construction and no one had told us. The reception was through the back door up a flight of stairs we had to carry all our suitcases up. The walls to the lift were wet with paint. In our room there was a used razor on the floor my 2 year old found and a half drunken bottle of water my 5 year old found... The breakfast was very good though, hence the 2 stars. I won't be going back.

Good value, lovely location near the river, good breakfast, dogs welcome, rooms clean and well appointed. Nice restaurants nearby, and hotel also has good restaurant. Really recommend this hotel
