Dark basic room, bath water won't empty, Aircon not working.....all for 200Euros. Very overpriced and in need of a referbushment.

Whilst the hotel has good rail access, it passes right underneath the hotel and can be heard quite clearly in the rooms, even when put on the 4th floor

Cannot fill bath for a BATH since the faucet is fixed for showers only. No dinner provided on Sunday nights (even though the menu says so....apparently an error), no microwave or proper cups or mugs (you are given 2 paper cups per day) ...pretty basic. Other than that.....bed very comfortable and breakfast very good. Certainly acceptable if on a budget.

Unfortunately, my experience of the rooms was nothing like the photos. Instead, they were extremely tired, not particularly clean and in a desperate need of an update.

I stayed here for 1 night on business. The service here was fantastic. Reception staff were very helpful, and the restaurant staff were very accommodating.

This place do not deserve 4 stars. I got room with dirty toilet... terrible smell... disgusting! Refrigerator (minibar) is not working. They do not change sheets. Can't believe this hotel do not have any standard of quality... So bad i can't give it minus 5 stars. It really deserves! But nice and friendly stuff.

The carpets were stained, marks all over the walls, bodge job fixes in the bathrooms, rotting and chipped wood, a shower that didn't work and that had a ridiculous design - the shower is at the open end of the bed (away from the shower door) and without a way to stand under it.

Did have a small problem finding it as it's not that close to the grand arch. However the welcome was warm, the room well appointed and the restaurant ok.
