The idiots and morons manning the reception should be marked on their forehead - "UNEMPLOYABLE".

Under all circumstances keep away from this hotel and if you have to stay there, be ready to:

Rooms are clean and tidy, and moderately large. It is very silent to have good sleep but far away from the city.

Friendly and helpfull personnel. Rooms are okay, breakfast sucks

I am more disappointed by this mercure Hotel. I was not expecting that. They didn't take into account that we will arrive with a kid. Need to ask for towel and bed. As I have the Accor card I should get a free drink: I have to remind them, it is not "automatic". Some paint work at the same floor than the room we booked: the odor was not good, hopefully not in our room. Shower didn't work well (water evacuation). Floor and walls in the room in a bad state. Hopefully it was clean and breakfast good (even if not at some other Mercure hotel I visited)
Very expensive for the experience and not at a 4stars level.....

Rooms nice size and clean, bit dated every one friendly, in the process of being decorated no AC food ltd and breakfast is cold

This hotel had no air conditioning during the hottest time of year. The staff said it had been broken for some time. This was not stated in their website. The location was a place that looked like a hotel should not be. The carpets are stained and outdated. The elevators are the size of a small phone booth. Over all, I would never choose this place again. Just had a terrible experience.

*Overused and dirty-looking linens, carpets and furniture,

*Begin a new day with a breakfast consisting of unfresh food items...

I'm sure Paris offers many more fine accomodation possibilities, so please evaluate the other options and keep from this hotel away, even under the most adverse conditions. Even sleeping in your car will be more pleasant than staying in this horrible building...

Poor services,racism

*The most rudest, unhelpful and unprofessional staff,

Location and surroundings are poor but the behaviour of staff could have compensated. Thank God we just stayed there for one night of 10th July. Everyone walking checking out was so relieved.

Quality is nice.

*Feeling isolated from all means of conveniences (public transportation, permanent taxi station, market/grocery,etc)

*Stay in a totally out-of-date building with the rooms that have wc and shower+washbasin in separate closets,

Can one imagine when I saw one of the hotel guests asking where the Breakfast Room was - the reply was "Find it out". Therefore, I felt I was not offended when the previous night I asked the room no. of one of the guests in our group - the reply was "I don't know".

*Be distant from the heart of the city, in an unsafe and very ugly neighbourhood,

One of the "MUST BE AVOIDED" hotels. Terrible people manning the reception. Looks like they have not been paid for ages. This sentiment is from almost the people from anywhere across the Globe. Courtesy is a far fetched dream, they don't even do their duty. Most insensitive and incouteous creatures.

I am sure the manager must be having a tough time replying for the idiocity of its employess, who appeared to have picked up from the streets without any training.

*Find nothing to eat or drink after a definite hour in the night and also on some week days,

*Use your own mobile internet, since wi-fi in the hotel is totally unreliable,

My experience was ok. Stayed for 3 nights, price was affordable. I found the staff was friendly and helpful when i tried find my way and navigate the city. Bus to tramway and metro to city center is a few steps from hotel, 20-30 min to Paris (must be familiar and prepare to take public transport). It's midway between city center and CDG airport.

I recommend all of you to not to go to this place as all the people over here are drunk, the ac doesn't work and if you are sitting in the lobby god knows what will people do to you
