There was absolutely no foyer space to relax and wait, no offer of apology, no offer of a glass of water, Nothing!

One house cleaner was trying to prepare rooms that had obviously had guest using a late check out.

After a tiresome time kill we came back and were told, "maybe another 30-50 minutes. Totally is not a 4 star hotel.

I will not come back or book a tour group in again.

Nice, quiet, breakfast is ok, rooms a bit small, otherwise good

One look around the untidiness of the foyer and even the wall art hanging on angles shows the lack of professional pride the staff have in there hotel.

Great location very close to the museum and metro to get anywhere in Paris quickly. Rooms are quite nice. Only downside is they don't provide any toiletries and the room service/breakfast food isn't that great.

Worse nightmare!! Arrived late 9pm and took 2 hours to get checked in...stairs everywhere and no help to do luggage. Where's the 4 stars coming from?? Booking system not working and so no room booked for us, shuffle is around at late hours, card key not working, back and forth running around...exhausted. Worse experience ever!!

Nice rooms, great breakfast, personal helpful (ie helping us print stuff for free). Location wise perfect for tourist activities. Facility missing bar and restaurant, not an issue though with a lot to choose from in the area.

Very helpful staff, rooms are cute and clean. Interesting art choices on the walls. Very quaint.

We arrived at 12:10, there is no staff to help with luggage.and then we were told there was only 4 rooms ready and everyone else would need to go for a walk until about 14:00!

Super small for a Mecure hotel where taxi drivers are even finding hard time to find. The lobby is tiny and lift can barely fit 2 people with laugage. The rooms don't have any view, also they only provide a 3 in 1 body wash shampoo conditioner in a public bathroom style tube. Would not stay here nor recommend others to stay here again.

Nice room with its own shower. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable beds. Room has a closet, safe, fridge and tv.

Overall I think Mercure is dreaming to have this hotel in its stable under a 4 star rating.

Arrived after travelling for 38 hours. We have a group of 14 people and had an arranged midday check in.

Touristy hotel, especially for Asians. Very low showers you have to duck under even for an average height person. Nice room, but very small, good bed.

Once in the room I thought it was ok on a level of maybe 3 stars? The shower is in the bath tub and the edge of the tub is a good 60cm off the floor, when one is getting on in years this is a very dangerous aspect, stepping out is even worse because everything is wet and slippery.
