The reoccuring problem of leaking shower head reached this hotel as well. Cleanliness of the room was ok. There was no safe box in the room. At checkout the receptionist entered wrong address on the invoice and he did not wanted to correct it. Unprofessional attitude. After arguing that he will pay the consequences, miraculous way the invoice could be corrected. Breakfast was usual, but fine and ok. A little bit of effort could be made to manage the ordered taxis, every morning a 2nd query was necessary to find the taxi. There was food smell in the restaurant and bar.

Friday and Saturday in Toulouse, the hotel is only a 15 minute walk from the city center and the river. Close to multiple places to eat and bars to drink at, the area is nice with a decent level of night activity but quite overall, a nice small park next to the hotel (with a bunch of Pokéstops for people looking for Mr. Mime on vacation!) And the staff is friendly and speak English. The room i was in was at the end of the hall and very open and felt comfortable.

The only problem is the shower. A full tub is nice if you want to take a bath but there is no shower curtain or glass to prevent soaking the bathroom with shower water.

Pretty average hotel, fine but nothing special. They are very mean with the free bottle of water that is the only thing in the mini-bar. It is not replaced no matter if you stay three or more nights. Great public park next door. See if you can find the dragon.....
