A downside is that the rooms and furniture are dated, and in need of renovation. Also, it deserves special mention that the beds are hard. If you like a firm mattress you are in luck. This is not just firm. It is, hands down, the hardest mattress I have ever slept on... and I have slept before, literally, on the armor plating of an APC.

Very nice place near Versailles to see small village people & life walking around the town.
Staffs are very kind and helpful and the breakfast was also very good and especially I liked the home-made coffee.
There's also big shopping mall across the street and you can get whatever you want.

Breakfast was nice. It is average in variety, of decent quaility, and the coffee is particularly good.

Our room was clean & spacious with a comfortable bed, TV, reasonable WiFi & a kettle, but it was very basic and could hardly be called a 4 star hotel. We have stayed in Ibis hotels that were better appointed!! We were allocated a ground floor disability room instead of the double room with double bed plus single bed that we booked.

Great location and rooms are great. Parking available at no additional cost. Customer service over night was a let down.

The staff of the hotel are friendly, extremely helpful and very responsive. I would say the service is simply perfect, and made our stay much more pleasant.

I have to say, however, that the staff was very kind and provided us with an extra comforter to place on the mattress and make it a little more yielding. I can't say enough good things about the hotel staff and their service. We are very grateful to them for their assistance.

The dated furniture and hard bed are the only things that bring our review down from 5 stars to 4. Everything else about the hotel was great.

Séjour du 2 au 4 décembre. Chambre vétuste avec une douche pas propre, qui sent le moisi et avec système de douche improbable : changement de chambre n°211. Chambre parfaite sauf qu'il fait 18° c'est à dire froid. L'accueil nous apporte un radiateur en nous expliquant que nous sommes en bout de couloir et que l'hôtel est ancien : bravo : pour un hôtel **** étoiles avec ces déambulations dans les couloirs et les ascenseurs avec nos valises et nos cintres, j'ai l'impression d'être un migrant. On nous affecte une nouvelle chambre mieux chauffée (la 207.
Au petit déjeuner je suis voisin d'une personne en survêtement pieds nus en tong. Est ce normal ? Ne peut-ton apposer un panneau TENUE CORRECTE EXIGÉE à l'entrée du restaurant ?
Inacceptable, nous ne reviendrons plus ici.
D'autant plus que le directeur mis au courant de cette situation, n'a pas daigné nous répondre ni se manifester : de toute évidence, ce Monsieur s'en fiche.

The location is great, right next to a shopping mall and within a short bicycle ride of the Royal Palace and Gardens.

Hotel is well located if you want to relax after a busy Day. Close from a mall you can made your shopping. However, if you want to enjoy Versailles at night, it's not thé place to be

From the mildly funky smell on entering my room to the ridiculously cramped bathroom (you can't sit on the toilet without angling your legs apart!) to the broken AC to the shelf and stool in place of a desk and chair, this hotel was disappointing. The area around is pretty depressing too. Service was good and there was a taxi rank outside (only populated in the mornings). Breakfast was uninspiring. Sorry, but I hope not to be back.

Lovely comfortable clean rooms but the staff could be a little more accommodating towards requests from guests

Free parking was a great bonus, and one of the reasons why we chose this hotel. It is a nice feature.
