Perfect location on Mont Saint Michel! We had a beautiful view of the Abbey and the Grande Rue. We had easy access to the ramparts, which made for a scenic trek to the Abbey as well as a perfect view during high tide. The hotel itself is quaint, clean, and had a friendly and helpful staff.

We had a nice stay at one of their properties but their website is very vague as to where your room is. The hotel has several properties dispersed around the city.

We were with 2 adults and 1 child. 1 has a starter and 2 not. So the starter comes with the main dish of the others. In other words, when the 2 finished their main dish, 1 still had to receive his.

In the end the food was ok but the service was the worst I ever experienced.

Terrible service to foreigners, don't waste your time. We had to wait for 10 minutes without menus at a dirty table and had to flag down a waiter. When the waiter finally came and found that we didn't speak French, he only offered us pizzas in an impatient, and irritated way. The rub was that only one minute before, they sat two other customers, and gave them the full menus immediately. We left and went to eat at a great family run restaurant on the road out of town.

There are many other places here to drink and/or eat. Just DON'T GO HERE!

Staying within Mont st michele was fantastic. Allowed us to see most of the sights without the large crowds. Bring minimal luggage as there are many stairs

View is amazing and the food was affordable and arrived quickly, staff was in abit of a rush but did not take tok much away from the experience

Then another tourist walks in, takes a seat, orders a drink only, charges his camera and after he finished his drink he left. The waitress never mentioned anything to him about ordering food.

Terrible food and service. The staff looked grumpy and rushed us ordering. The pasta was flavorless and have had better sauces from a can. The salads were half assed and covered in canned toppings. Finally, the pizza tasted like day old microwave. Do not waste your money here.

First of all the waitress walked by 100 times, I asked her several times if I could order and every time she told me she would come immediately after she would be ready with that what she was doing at that exact moment.

This review is for the Restaurant only. Don't come here. The food here was nothing special. I got the Mont Saint Michel omelette and it was seriously disappointing. It was nothing but eggs. No seasonings, fillings, garnish, nothing. And it cost 15 euros. What a joke for nothing but 5 eggs. My wife had a pizza which wasn't any better than Little Ceasars but I'm sure there is better food on the island.

We had a wonderful experience staying here! The rooms are updated and very comfortable. They were actually larger than I expected for the location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Staying on the island here is the best way to truly experience Mont Saint Michel!

We had the worst room imaginable. Our room was far away from the main hotel and it was like a hole in a cave wall. The sewer smell in one corner of the room got worse as the night went on. The carpets were old and nasty. The heaters did not work and the space heater had to be turned on to remove dampness from the room. The "free" internet did not work at all. The staff was not accessible because we were so far and felt isolated. One good thing - bathroom and shower were clean and working.

I went here actually for a drink first but since I was not allowed to sit if I would only order a drink and I was a bit hungry too, I decided to take a seat outside.
